The Observer of 2 September 2019, on his death, wrote that he “attended Wolmer’s Boys’ School in Kingston and the University of Michigan.” JIS recorded a special King’s House investiture on 6 September 2013, when he received the Order of Jamaica. He had been made Commander of the Order of Distinction in 1989.
