This site — wolmers.org/trust — is run by the Wolmer’s Trust in Kingston, Jamaica. Enquiries: info@wolmers.org.

Jamaica’s Data Protection Act 2020 applies. For visitors in the European Union and the United Kingdom this page is also the cookie notice the GDPR expects.

What we set

Necessary. WordPress needs a session cookie to run the site. Your Accept / Essential-only choice is stored in this browser (local storage). Those are not advertising cookies.

Embedded media. If you accept extras, YouTube films, the Facebook page plugin, and Google Maps load from those organisations. They may set their own cookies. If you choose Essential only, those frames stay off until you change your mind. A link to open Maps in a new tab still works.

What we do not run. This site does not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or an advertising tag.

How to change it

Use Cookie settings in the footer, or the same control on the cookie bar. The choice stays on this device until you clear it.

What we hold

Mail to info@wolmers.org and the Alumni register are read by the Trust to answer you. We do not sell that correspondence. Support has no form.

United States online gifts go through the Wolmer’s Alumni Association of South Florida — PayPal and Zelle. That chapter receives those gifts.

News photographs on this site are hosted on wolmers.org. Captions name the photographer and the paper when we have them.

Pupil records sit with the schools and, for the high schools, the Ministry of Education.
