MARKHAM, Ontario — The Toronto Star of 29 November 2025 printed the family notice for Horace Alphonso “Keith” Swaby, 79, of Markham, who died at home on 17 November 2025.

The notice recorded: “Keith graduated from Wolmer’s Boys’ School in Jamaica before going on to major in Electrical Engineering at the University of Toronto.” He was born in Kingston in 1945. Employers named were Alpart in Jamaica and Bruce Power in Ontario. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Barbara; children Nadia and Duane; and grandchildren Hendrix and Olympia.
