The Gleaner of 26 September 2008 reported Dr Walton Small officially welcomed as principal of Wolmer’s Trust High School for Boys at a WOBA banquet at Knutsford Court. He asked alumni for technology so parents could see reports and grades.
The WOBA Gold Award went to Professor Gordon Shirley of UWI Mona. Deryck Rose was stepping down as WOBA president. The paper flagged an 11 October “Memories” tribute naming Fraser, Frater, Germaine Mason and Stephen Francis.
