The Wolmer’s Trust
Hall of Fame
Age Quod Agis
The Hall of Fame was launched in the 285th-anniversary year. Ambassador Marcia Gilbert-Roberts chaired the committee. The first sixteen were inducted on 2 October 2015. Five more were honoured at the 290th anniversary in 2019.
Nominees must have spent most of their secondary years at Wolmer’s, and have given outstanding service nationally or internationally, or have excelled in their own field. Character, courage and leadership — Age Quod Agis — were required.
The inaugural class was drawn from the years before the Second World War. The Trust said later inductions would be a standing part of Founder’s Day, 21 May.
Andrew Rousseau and CGR Communications designed the Hall of Fame mark.
