We are pleased to invite you to attend the annual Valedictory Service for the students of the Fifth (5^th) Forms to be held on Sunday, June 27, 2021 at the Wolmer’s Boys’ School Auditorium, commencing at 3:00pm, all things being equal.

The cover cost is $27,000.00 per student. This includes:

• The Wolmer’s Blazer
• 1 Pair dark grey trousers
• The Wolmer’s School Tie
• A package of photographs
• Video Coverage
• Decorations
• Other incidentals

This amount should be paid at the school’s Bursary as follows:-

• 50% by March 25, 2021
• The remainder by April 29, 2021

We are anticipating that you will make every effort to encourage your son/ward to cooperate fully with the following schedule of events, as the success of the entire venture is dependent thereon.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

June 04, 11, 21 and 18, 2021           –           All rental books are to be returned to the Book room.

June 25, 2021 (Friday)                    -Rehearsal at the Wolmer’s Boys’ Auditorium from 9:30am –

                                                                       11:30am.

June 27, 2021 (Sunday)                  –          Valedictory Service (Wolmer’s Boys’ School Auditorium) at

                                                                           3:00pm

                                                                        Students must arrive no later than 12:30pm

                                                                        Parents and other guests are to be seated no later than

                                                                       2:45pm

In light of the pandemic, all scheduled dates and events are subject to the direction of the Ministry of Health and Wellness and the Government.

DRESS CODE

For the service, the school leavers are required to be attired as follows:-

• The Wolmer’s Blazer   –         Provided in the package mentioned above.
• Dark grey trousers   –         Provided in the package mentioned above.
• Wolmer’s School Tie              –         Provided in the package mentioned above.
• White long-sleeved shirt     –         Not included in package
• Black dress shoes and socks –        Not included in package (No sneaker-type shoes)
• Hair should be neatly groomed

*NB: Trousers must be worn at the waist, not on the hips.

PHOTOGRAPHS The taking of photographs for Valedictory Service will be announced later in the month of March 2021.

ORDER FOR GRADUATION RINGS may be placed at the Bursary, by the end of March 2021. Thank you for your co-operation.
