Medical student Hannah Collings-Myers was crowned Miss Universe Jamaica Kingston and St Andrew early Sunday morning at the parish grand coronation held at the Douglas Orane Auditorium at Wolmer’s Boys’ School in Kingston.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Observer recorded that the 20-year-old University of the West Indies student, originally from Mandeville, was on Saturday night crowned the first ever Miss Universe Jamaica Kingston and St Andrew.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Representing Digita Properties, she received the crown from Miss Universe Jamaica East 2025, Troy-Ann Anderson. Medical doctor Tiyana Mowatt was named first runner-up; psychology graduate Shaniece Douglas was named second runner-up. The three advance to the national competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI\u2019m excited to take on the journey that\u2019s ahead of me. I enjoyed working with all these girls and I\u2019m sorry to see it come to an end,\u201d Collings-Myers told Observer Online shortly after the coronation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
