The Ministry of Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sport, through JIS, said he \u201crepresented Wolmer\u2019s Boys High School before moving on to Harbour View.\u201d The <em>Gleaner<\/em>, at his funeral on 26 February 2021, wrote that \u201ca native of Tivoli Gardens, Shelton played Manning Cup football with Wolmer\u2019s Boys.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RJR recorded 35 goals in 75 appearances for Jamaica, 2004\u20132013, and that he is the only men\u2019s footballer to score four goals on his international debut \u2014 24 November 2004 against St Martin in the Caribbean Cup. JIS repeated the 75 caps and record 35 goals, and noted the Sports Development Foundation\u2019s J$5 million grant in October 2018 after the ALS diagnosis.
